The name of Swiss-born Fr. Charles Morerod o.p. has been submitted for approval to the Congregation for Education. General Secretary of the International Theological Commission and Consultor of the Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith, Morerod is Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome, and professor of Dogmatic Theology.Fr. Morerod has also been charged with leading the discussions between the CDF and Bp. Bernard Fellay of the SPPX.
